Rackspace and NeuStar Sign Reseller Agreement to Offer Innovative Hosting Services Globally

Rackspace® Hosting (NYSE:RAX), the world’s leader in hosting, today announced that it has entered into a Reseller Agreement with NeuStar, Inc. (NYSE: NSR). This relationship allows customers to obtain hosting services from Rackspace along with innovative Domain Name Service (DNS), traffic management, and application performance monitoring services that are designed to be more cost effective than traditional hardware-based approaches.

NeuStar will be a preferred enterprise-scale provider for failover, application performance monitoring, and website load testing within Rackspace’s Professional Services organization, and will become a primary resource for disaster recovery and load balancing for Rackspace. This integrated offering extends Rackspace’s application hosting infrastructure and customer support with additional layers of professional and managed services that can be used to tailor solutions to meet complex enterprise computing requirements. The result is an end-to-end hosting solution backed by an industry leading Service Level Agreement, superior customer support, and a cost effective approach that fits today’s tough economic times.
